TECH DOWNTIME
We cannot be held liable for revenue loss or business interruption caused by technical downtime, platform outages, or server issues beyond our control. Our goal is to set you up with stable systems, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime for third-party hosting or software providers.
3RD PARTY TOOLS
MP Studio & Designs often integrates third-party tools (like Canva, Wix, or Mailchimp) to help you manage your business. We are not responsible for changes in their pricing, terms of service, or functionality that may impact your projects after our handover is complete.
Intellectual Property Notice
We believe in true ownership and empowering small businesses to stay in control. Upon full payment, you own the final design assets and custom website content created specifically for your brand. However, please note that any foundational templates, underlying systems, or educational frameworks used in our process remain the intellectual property of MP Studio & Designs and are provided to you under a non-exclusive usage license.
